LemoNX

SETUP GUIDE

Get playing.

Install LemoNX, add your own keys, firmware, and games, then choose how games run: without JIT, or with JIT.

LemoNX provides no games, keys, or firmware. Dump them from your own console.

Step 1

Install LemoNX

Add the LemoNX source to your installer, or download the IPA and sign it yourself. If you plan to use JIT-less mode, sign LemoNX with a certificate you have as a .p12 file with its password (for example your own certificate in KSign, Feather, or ESign). JIT-less mode signs game code with that same certificate.

Step 2

Add keys, firmware, and games

  1. Open LemoNX. The setup guide asks for your prod.keys and firmware.
  2. Add your games (NSP, XCI, or NSZ) with Add Game. Updates and DLC can be added the same way.
  3. Optional: install mods from the game's mod browser. The Smash starter packs install Skyline and its plugins in one step.

Step 3, option A · New

Run games without JIT

JIT-less mode compiles each game's code ahead of time and signs it on your device with the certificate you installed LemoNX with. No debugger, Developer Mode, VPN, or JIT enabler is needed.

  1. Open Settings › JIT & Updates › JIT-less Mode (AOT).
  2. Tap Import Certificate (.p12) and choose the certificate you signed LemoNX with.
  3. Enter its password and tap Save Password.
  4. Wait for Ready to sign. The status light in the library now reads AOT in green.
  5. Turn on Run Games Without JIT.
  6. Launch a game. The first launch shows Preparing game code (first launch only) for about half a minute, then Loading game code. Later launches only load.

Compiled code takes about 0.7 to 1.3 GB per game. LemoNX keeps the current version plus the two most recently used and removes older ones; Clear Compiled Code on the same page removes all of it. Tested on an iPhone with iOS 27.2: The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (with and without UltraCam) and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with Skyline plugins, including online play.

Step 3, option B

Use JIT with the built-in setup

  1. Turn on Developer Mode in Settings › Privacy & Security and restart.
  2. In LemoNX, open Settings › JIT & Updates › Built-in StikJIT and tap Get or Create Pairing File.
  3. On iOS 27, tap Create Pairing File. Then open Settings › Privacy & Security › Developer Mode › Pair with LemoNX and enter the PIN LemoNX shows. On iOS 26, import a pairing file made with StikPair instead.
  4. Install LocalDevVPN. Tap Download Developer Disk Image while you have internet access.
  5. Choose Built-in StikJIT as the JIT Enabler, connect LocalDevVPN, and launch a game. The JIT setup Shortcut automates the connection steps.

The pairing file stays in protected app storage, is excluded from backups, and is never sent to a server. Creating it does not enable JIT by itself.

Step 4 · Optional

Choose a renderer

Under Settings › Graphics Backend choose the native Metal 4 renderer or one of the Vulkan options (KosmicKrisp or MoltenVK). You can also choose per game in its settings. Metal 4 is experimental: if a game shows rendering problems, switch that game back to Vulkan.
